Who's Behind This
Top BC Partners was founded by Kris Ruyeras, a Microsoft Dynamics consultant with over a decade of experience helping mid-market businesses select and implement Business Central. After repeatedly watching companies make costly partner choices based on incomplete or biased information, Kris set out to build the independent resource that buyers actually needed.
The directory is operated by Dynamic Focus, a consulting firm specialising in Microsoft Dynamics ecosystems. Our team has direct experience with implementation projects, ISV integrations, and the partner landscape — which means we evaluate listings with real technical and commercial context, not just marketing claims.
We are not affiliated with Microsoft Corporation. Top BC Partners is independently owned and editorially independent. No listing fee guarantees a positive ranking, and no partner can pay to suppress or remove a review.
Our editorial principles
- Every listing is reviewed by a human before it goes live.
- Client reviews are read and moderated — we remove fake, incentivised, or defamatory submissions.
- Tier rankings (Verified, Gold) reflect a paid subscription, not editorial endorsement.
- We do not accept payment to alter, inflate, or remove review scores.
- Conflicts of interest are disclosed; we do not list our own consulting practice.
How We Vet Listings
Every firm that applies to the directory goes through a manual review. We check that the business is a legitimate Microsoft partner or ISV operating in the Dynamics 365 Business Central ecosystem. Here's what we look at:
Microsoft partner status
We verify that the firm has an active relationship with the Microsoft partner ecosystem — either as a Cloud Solution Provider (CSP), a Dynamics-certified reseller, or a registered ISV on Microsoft AppSource.
Business legitimacy
We check that the firm has a functioning website, public contact information, and a verifiable business presence before approving a listing.
Service relevance
Listings must be directly relevant to Business Central — general IT firms or Azure-only partners without a BC practice are not approved.
Review integrity
Client reviews go through a moderation queue. We check for authenticity signals and remove any submissions that appear incentivised, fraudulent, or in violation of our review policy.
